Manual Brewing Instructions

Using manual brew methods not only showcases the high-quality coffee your cafe has to offer, but also creates a memorable customer experience.

This guide, written by coffee professionals, will help you decide which manual brew methods are right for your specialty cafe.

V60 DRIP

This best brewing method is popular not only for its ability to highlight a specific coffee’s tastiest notes, but also for the experience it offers to customers when they order a beverage made with extra care and attention.

CHEMEX

When you first see a Chemex brewer, you may want to use it as a vase rather than a brewer, but there is a reason it looks the way it does: it makes excellent coffee, and it does it in style.

Rinse filter and add ground coffee. Add 80ml of water and let coffee bloom for 30 sec. Stir and pour the remaining water.

SYPHON

Making coffee this way is unique as it comes; it’s a combination of brewing methods; a full immersion brew (as your coffee goes into the water) but also uses syphon action to create a great tasting cup.
